<br />emergency unscheduled maintenance visits will be provided and billed by hour, <br />travel and per diem as referenced in (Schedule A). <br /> <br />In addition, ACI will service door control hardware installed by others on a time <br />and material basis only. See Attached Time and Material (Schedule A). <br /> <br />6 MONTH CONTRACT: <br /> <br />$24,840.00 <br /> <br />*Emergency maintenance includes any problem that would adversely affect <br />operational control of the major control systems including PLC, door control, <br />Audio and CCTV systems. Temporary loss of an intercom, CCTV camera or any <br />other security system field device does not constitute an emergency. Under this <br />plan all other maintenance not considered an emergency by ACI will be handled <br />during the scheduled quarterly maintenance visits by ACI, or within a period of <br />10 business days from the time of call. <br /> <br />k SIL VER PLAN: Provide one (1) scheduled maintenance visit which will include <br />one technician for a limit of two (2) days, 8:00 am until 4:30 pm (lunch break 1/2 <br />hour) to inspect and adjust any equipment scheduled by the Client or deemed <br />necessary by the inspecting technician. Scheduled maintenance date shall be <br />determined at the beginning of the contract. Any equipment and components <br />replaced under this plan shall be invoiced at ACI's cost with a 25% mark up, plus <br />shipping and handling. <br /> <br />In addition ACI will provide only one (1) (emergency*) on-site unscheduled <br />maintenance, inspection and adjustments to all security automation system <br />components including the audio/intercom, door control/monitoring, VGUI or <br />touch screen operator station, network switching equipment, CCTV equipment, <br />all other security devices installed by ACI, wire/cable terminations and/or <br />connections in association with the systems provided by ACI. Additional <br />emergency unscheduled maintenance visits will be provided and billed by hour, <br />travel and per diem as referenced in (Schedule A). <br /> <br />Also, under the Silver Plan, ACI will service door control hardware installed by <br />others on a time and material basis only.
