On roll call vote, the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />9. <br /> <br />ROAD DEPARTMENT, Postin~ of si~ns to prohibit motorized vehicles on flood lots <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded to authorize the County <br />Engineer to post signs prohibiting motorized vehicles on county-owned <br />flood lots. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />10. CONTRACT APPROVAL, Mosquito control a~reements: Airborne Custom Sprayin~: <br />2005 ~ravel supply bids: Gutzmer Sand & Gravel; Far~o Park District <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded to approve the following <br />contracts submitted by respective department heads, subject to state's <br />attorney approval, and authorize the chairman to sign: On roll call vote, <br />the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />2005 Adult Mosquito Control Agreements-Highland Park, Kindred Subdivision, <br />Fargo Country Club, Bakke Subdivision, Cities of Argusville, Harwood, Davenport <br />and Arthur; <br />Funding and partnership agreements for 2005 Mosquito Control-City of Fargo <br />and City of West Fargo; Airborne Custom Spraying; <br />- Award all gravel supply bids for 2005; <br />Mark Sand & Gravel-Class 13 gravel supply; <br />Indemnification agreement-City of Fargo relating to an archery tournament. <br /> <br />11. PERMIT FOR SITE AUTHORIZATION, West Far~o Fire Department <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded to grant a site authorization <br />permit to conduct a game of chance under license issued by the North <br />Dakota Attorney General's Office for the West Fargo Fire Department for a <br />one-day event on September 17,2005, at the Red River Valley <br />Fairgrounds, West Fargo. On roll call vote, the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />12. RESOLUTION #2005-12, Street Improvement District #2004-1, Greyhawk Estates <br />Attorney Daniel Twichell was present representing the Greyhawk Estates Subdivision <br />amended street improvement district, along with project engineer Nick Gludt and resident <br />Claire Vigesaa. Mr. Twichell said the bond issue for the paving project is for $380,000 and <br />will be assessed at 4.3% interest over 15 years. <br /> <br />Mr. Pawluk suggested obtaining a written agreement, from the property owners in the <br />subdivision and also from the owners of the township road that is being paved, so there is a <br />clear understanding of whose road it is and whose responsibility it is for future maintenance. <br />Mr. Twichell said there is a $20,000 fund in the assessment district for upkeep of the road. <br />
