On roll call vote, <br />the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />9. PERMIT FOR SPECIAL EVENT, Approved for Speedwav Restaurants <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to approve a special <br />event permit for Speedway Restaurants to dispense alcoholic <br />beverages on November 10,2001, at the Red River Valley Fairgrounds <br />for a wedding reception and dance. On roll call vote, the motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />10. PERMIT FOR RAFFLE, Approved for Kindred Junior Class <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to approve a raffle <br />permit for the Kindred Junior Class to be held December 21, 2001, at <br />the Kindred School in Kindred, North Dakota. On roll call vote, the <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />,.-.. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />PLAT APPROVAL, Brunelle's 1st Subdivision and variance reauest <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wagner seconded that the Cass <br />County Board of Commissioners grant Final Plat approval, and <br />approve the related variance request from the right-of-way standard, <br />for Brunelle's 1st Subdivision, Section 32 of Township 138N, Range <br />49W in Cass County, North Dakota. On roll call vote, the motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />12. JAIL CHANGE ORDERS, Approved to modify duct work <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to approve change <br />orders G-28, M-28 and E-28 to modify duct work at the Cass County <br />Jail, in the amount of $6,965. On roll call vote, the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />13. COMMISSION POLICY MANUAL, Amend Section 4.00. Advisorv Boards <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to amend <br />Commission Policy Manual Section 4.00, Advisory Boards, and <br />appoint Betty A. Wieland to the Special Assessment Commission for <br />a six-year term to expire December 31, 2006. This appointment is to <br />,.-. replace Anthony Ellertson, who no longer lives in Cass County. On <br />roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />
