<br />Commission Minutes--July 9,2001 2311 <br /> <br />Mrs. Johnson said a meeting will be held July 18th with consultant Jim Rowenhorst to discuss <br />~ staffing plans for the new jail. She said commissioners are requested to attend as this will be <br />a working meeting on the draft plan for staffing the new jail. <br /> <br />29. CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to receive and file <br />correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: Motion carried. <br /> <br />petition from Holoien Development Co. for improvements to Maple Grove <br />Subdivision and access roadway; <br />information from North Dakota Department ofTransportation on 2002-2004 Federal Aid <br />Program and Stream Crossing Standards; <br />copy of a letter from Mike Steiner of High Plains Technology sent to Register of Deeds <br />Deanna Kensrud regarding completion of the microfilming portion for the disaster- <br />proofing project; <br />letter from City of West Fargo requesting the county be involved with the development <br />of an environmental document for a street project on 17th Street East from Main Avenue <br />to 7th Avenue.
