Liaht Dutv/Transitional Work <br />r- MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to amend Personnel <br />Policy Manual Section 6.10, concerning light dutyltransitional work. <br />On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />7. ABATEMENT APPLICATIONS, Aooroved for Lonnie Wanaen <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wieland seconded that abatement <br />#4916 for Lonnie Wangen be reduced to $17,700 and that abatement <br />#4917 for Lonnie Wangen be reduced to $102,000, as recommended <br />by Stanley Township and the Director of Equalization. On roll call <br />vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />8. PERMIT FOR RAFFLE, Aooroved for St. Benedict's Catholic Church <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve raffle <br />permit for St. Benedict's Catholic Church on September 16, 2001, to <br />be held at St. Benedict's Church in Horace, North Dakota. On roll call <br />vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />9. <br /> <br />PERMIT FOR SPECIAL EVENT, Aooroved for Plavmakers Soorts Cafe & Bar <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve special <br />event permit for Playmakers Sports Cafe & Bar to dispense alcoholic <br />beverages at Bonanzaville, USA, in West Fargo, North Dakota, on the <br />date of July 14, 2001, for a wedding reception. ROAD DEPARTMENT, Chairman authorized to sian auit claim deed for riaht-of-wav <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to authorize the <br />chairman to sign a Quit Claim Deed transferring a small strip of right- <br />of-way along State Highway 46 from county to state ownership. On <br />roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />11. LEASE ON FLOOD LOT, Chairman authorized to sian lease for Jason & Coreen Ruona <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to authorize the <br />chairman to sign a Lease of Property agreement with Jason E. and <br />Coreen L. Ruona for a flood buyout lot located in Stanley Township, <br />described as Lot 4 of Forest River Subdivision. On roll call vote, the <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />--- <br />
