Commission Minutes--July 9, 2001 2304 DEPARTMENT HEADS--PLEASE POST IN A CONSPICUOUS PLACE FOR STAFF TO READ r- REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS JULY 9, 2001 1. MEETING TO ORDER Chairman John Meyer called the meeting to order at 3:30 PM with all members present as follows: Donna Schneider, Alon Wieland, Scott Wagner, Robyn Sorum and John Meyer. 2. MINUTES APPROVED MOTION, passed Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded that the minutes of the previous meeting be approved as written. Motion carried. 3. AGENDA, Order aooroved MOTION, passed Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to approve the order of the agenda, adding contracts with Region V Children's Services Coordinating Committee, North Dakota Department of Human Services, and Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) grant under contract approvals on the consent agenda. Motion carried. r- 4. PLEDGE OF ASSETS, Aooroved MOTION, passed Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve the Pledge of Assets as of June 27, 2001, submitted by the Cass County Treasurer, as follows: On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. ~
