On roll <br />call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />FINAL PLAT APPROVAL, KeDler Subdivision <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded that the Cass <br />County Board of Commissioners grant final plat approval to Kepler <br />Subdivision, located in Section 27 of Township 140N, Range 53W in <br />Cass County, North Dakota. On roll call vote, the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />BEER & LIQUOR APPLICATION, ADDroved for Club 94 <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to grant a 2001 <br />county beer and liquor license to Brenda Hersch and Amy Nesemeier <br />for the Club 94 at Casselton, North Dakota, subject to appropriate <br />review and approval by the Sheriff, the State's Attorney and the <br />Everest Township Board of Supervisors. On roll call vote, the motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />12.
