SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT, Budget adiustment for automobile replacement <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to amend the <br />Sheriff's Department budget to cover the replacement of a patrol <br />vehicle as follows: increase account #101-3501-369.70-06 by <br />$18,000 for reimbursement from insurance company for property <br />damage loss and increaseaccount#101-3502-421.74-06 by$18,000 <br />for purchase of a new automobile. On roll call vote, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />7. PERSONNEL OVERVIEW COMMITTEE, Ratify action of June 5. 2000 <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to ratify <br />Personnel Overview Committee action of June 5, 2000, changing <br />the date when annual reclassification requests are due in the <br />Personnel Department to no later than the first Monday in May, <br />rather than the previous deadline of May 1st. On roll call vote, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />8. LOST INSTRUMENT BONDS, Received and filed for Leslie Johnson: Cody Otterson <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to receive and <br />file Indemnity Bonds on Lost Instrument for Leslie Johnson and <br />Cody Otterson; and authorize the county treasurer and the county <br />auditor to issue duplicate checks. On roll call vote, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />9. SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT, Approved for West Fargo Speedway. Inc. <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve <br />special event permit for Speedway Restaurant of West Fargo to <br />
