ROAD ADVISORY, Ratify action of November 15th regarding County Highway 14 MOTION, passed Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded to ratify action of the Road Advisory Committee meeting held November 15, 2004, to authorize the Cass County Engineer to request that the North Dakota Department of Transportation add Cass County Highway 14 from Cass County 17 to Cass County 15 to the Federal Aid System. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. 14. TAX-FORFEITED PROPERTIES, Authorize chairman and auditor to sign deeds MOTION, passed Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded to authorize the chairman and the county auditor to sign county deeds for tax-forfeited properties sold at auction on November 16, 2004. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. 15. TAX-FORFEITED PROPERTIES, Offer unsold properties to respective cities MOTION, passed Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded to authorize the county auditor to offer to cities any unsold property from the annual tax sale list for $1.00 per property plus the recording fee of $13.00, with the stipulation that the county will cancel all taxes and the city will cancel all specials against the property. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. 16. OMITTED ASSESSMENTS, Approved MOTION, passed Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded to add a 9.74 acre tract in the SE% of 15-140-50, Raymond Township, as omitted property for 2004 in the amount of $90,000 true and full value residential structures, according to notice sent from the county auditor to Stuart & Laurie Johnson, Harwood, North Dakota. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. MOTION, passed Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded to add a 3.60 acre tract in Auditor's Lot 2 of the SE% of 32-140-50, Raymond Township, as omitted property for 2004 in the amount of $100,000 true and full value residential structures, according to notice sent from the county auditor to Scott & Vickie Meyer, Mapleton, North Dakota. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. MOTION, passed Mr. Wagner moyed and Mrs. Sorum seconded to add a 6.01 acre tract in the SE% of 8-138-49 in the City of Horace, as omitted property for 2004 in the amount of $175,000 true and full value residential structures, according to notice sent from the county auditor to Dennis & Cathy Holmen, Horace, North Dakota. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously.
