On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded to add an 80.00 acre tract in <br />the E% of the SW% of 14-143-52, Hunter Township, as omitted property <br />for 2004 in the amount of $25,000 true and full value residential structures <br />for a six month assessment, according to notice sent from the county <br />auditor to Cordell Peterson, Hunter, North Dakota. On roll call vote, the <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded to add a 4.98 acre tract in <br />the N% of the N% of 33-141-49, Harwood Township, as omitted property <br />for 2004 in the amount of $230,520, according to notice sent from the <br />county auditor to Neal Holland, Harwood, North Dakota. CONTRACT APPROVAL, Cass County Electric Cooperative; Lease of county-owned <br />flood lot; Erickson Engineering Company; Tami's Angels; Community Living <br />Services; and Fargo Cass Public Health <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded to approve the following <br />contracts submitted by respective department head, subject to state's <br />attorney approval, and authorize the chairman to sign: On roll call vote, <br />the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Cass County Electric Cooperative--tower lease agreement in Kindred; <br />Lease of county-owned flood lot--Derrick Harr; <br />Erickson Engineering Company--bridge replacement in Norman County, MN and <br />Cass County, ND; <br />Social Service contracts--Tami's Angels, Community Living Services and Fargo Cass <br />Public Health. <br /> <br />18. ROAD DEPARTMENT, Purchase order for eQuipment <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded to authorize the chairman <br />to sign a Highway Department purchase order for a mechanical thumb <br />attachment for the John Deere excavator in the amount of $6,175 from <br />ROO Equipment of Fargo, North Dakota. On roll call vote, the motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />
