BEER AND LIQUOR LICENSES, Renewed for 2005 MOTION, passed Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded to renew county beer and liquor licenses for 2005 for the following applicants, subject to review and approval by the State's Attorney, the Sheriff, and the respective township boards: On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, Purchase orders for LaserFiche upgrade/maintenance MOTION, passed Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded to authorize the chairman to sign purchase orders for the Information Technology Department in the amount of $9,585.00 to install the Web-Based LaserFiche publishing software and $6.260.00 for annual renewal of LaserFiche software maintenance to Tracer Knowledge Systems. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. 12. EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT, Authorize purchase of vehicle MOTION, passed Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded to authorize Cass County Emergency Management to purchase a 2005 Dodge Durango at a cost of $23,063.00 from the 2005 budget. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously.
