<br />Mr. Vanyo moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to add a 1.58 acre tract in the
<br />NW% of 8-143-50 in Kinyon Township, as omitted property for 2004 in the
<br />amount of $78,100 prorated nine-month residential assessment,
<br />according to notice sent from the county auditor to Cheryl Whitty,
<br />Grandin, North Dakota; and to add a 103.99 acre tract in the SE% of 34-
<br />137-55 in Pontiac Township, as omitted property for 2004, currently
<br />valued at $23,100 agricultural assessment to be changed to $32,800
<br />residential assessment, according to notice sent from the county auditor
<br />to Harley & Sharon Lautt, Enderlin, North Dakota; and to add part of the
<br />SE% of 22-139-53 in Gill Township, as omitted property for 2004 in the
<br />amount of $44,000 prorated four month residential assessment, according
<br />to notice sent from the county auditor to Douglas & Cyndy Wolf,
<br />Wheatland, North Dakota. On roll call vote, the motion carried
<br />unanimously.
