<br />Commission Minutes--September 20,2004 <br /> <br />2795 <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT HEADS: PLEASE POST IN A CONSPICOUS PLACE FOR STAFF TO READ <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />SEPTEMBER 20, 2004 <br /> <br />MEETING TO ORDER <br />Chairwoman Robyn Sorum called the meeting to order at 3:30 PM with all members present <br />as follows: John Meyer, Robyn Sorum, Darrell Vanyo, Vern Bennett and Scott Wagner. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />Darrell Vanyo led the Pledge of Allegiance at this time. <br /> <br />MINUTES APPROVED <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mr. Vanyo seconded that the minutes of the last <br />regular meeting held September 7, 2004, and the minutes of the budget <br />meeting held September 15, 2004, be approved as written. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />AGENDA, Order approved <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mr. Meyer seconded to approve the order of the <br />agenda with the following changes: 1) add contract for mosquito <br />spraying with Kindred Subdivision; 2) delay item on special assessment <br />district in Greyhawk Estates Subdivision at the request of Attorney Dick <br />Twichell.
