Commission Minutes--July 19, 1999 2001 DEPARTMENT HEADS--PLEASE POST IN A CONSPICUOUS PLACE FOR STAFF TO READ REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS JULY 19, 1999 1. MEETING TO ORDER Chairperson Robbie Quick called the meeting to order at 3:30 PM with all members present as follows: Paul Koenig, John Meyer, Alon Wieland, Donna Schneider and Robbie Quick. 2. MINUTES APPROVED MOTION, passed Mr. Meyer moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded that the minutes of the previous meeting be approved as written. Motion carried. 3. AGENDA, Order approved MOTION, passed Mr. Koenig moved and Mr. Meyer seconded to approve the order of the agenda. Motion carried. 4. PERMIT FOR SITE AUTHORIZATION, Walcott Firefighters and Rescue Squad MOTION, passed Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to grant a site authorization permit to conduct games of chance under license issued by North Dakota Attorney General's Office for the period of July 19, 1999 through June 30, 2000 for the Walcott Firefighters and Rescue Squad. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. 5. PERMIT FOR SPECIAL EVENT, West Fargo VFW: Season's: Doublewood Inn MOTION, passed Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve special event alcoholic beverage permit for the West Fargo VFW at the Red River Valley Fairgrounds on August 20, 1999 and September 25, 1999. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. MOTION, passed Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve special event alcoholic beverage permit for Season's at Rose Creek to be held at Bonanzaville on July 16, 1999. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. MOTION, passed Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve special event alcoholic beverage permit for the Doublewood Inn at Bonanzaville on July 24, 1999. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously.
