PERMIT FOR RAFFLE, St. Benedict's Church <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve raffle <br />permit for St. Benedict's Church to be held on September 19,1999, at <br />St. Benedict's Church, Horace, North Dakota. On roll call vote, motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />7 . ABATEMENT APPLICATIONS, Approved for Rodell Lee: Garland Hagemeister <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wieland seconded that abatement <br />#4125 for Rodell Lee be approved as recommended by the City of <br />Kindred and the Director of Equalization. On roll call vote, motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wieland seconded that abatement <br />#4128 and #4129 be approved as recommended by the City of <br />Mapleton and the Director of Equalization. On roll call vote, motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />8. REGISTER OF DEEDS, FEMA grant for flood-oroofing recordslbudget approved <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve the <br />project budget as outlined for the FEMA Grant for flood-proofing the <br />Register of Deeds Offices in North Dakota, according to a letter from <br />Michael Montplaisir, County Auditor, dated July 8, 1999. On roll call <br />vote, motion carried unanimously. Cass County will be paying the <br />expenses of the project and then requesting reimbursement from the <br />State of North Dakota, according to the County Auditor. <br /> <br />9. BUDGET ADJUSTMENT, 911 Fund revenue and expenditure budget <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to adjust the 911 <br />Fund revenue budget by $2,004.79 for interest income and the <br />expenditure budget by $53,276.51 for 911 rural signing expenses, with <br />the actual dollars to come from the 911 Fund carry-over from <br />December 31, 1998 and interest earnings in 1999. On roll call vote, <br />motion carried unanimously. No signing was completed until this <br />year, according to a letter from the County Auditor dated July 13, <br />1999. <br /> <br />10. SOUTH ACRES SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, Transfer balance to general fund <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to close the South <br />Acres Special Assessment District Fund and to transfer the balance <br />of $2,787.40 to the General Fund, according to a letter from the <br />County Auditor dated July 9, 1999. On roll call vote, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />
