Minutes--June 5, 1990 REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS 408 JUNE 5, 1990 MEETING TO ORDER Chairman Gene Shannon called the meeting to order with four members present as follows: Don Eckert, Gene Shannon, Alon Wieland and Oscar Sondrall. Commissioner Toussaint was absent. MINUTES APPROVED MOTION, passed Mr. Wieland moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded that the minutes of the previous meeting be approved as written. Motion carried. PERMIT, Raffles ~Dprove~ MOTION, passed Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. Sondra]l seconded that raffle permits be approved for St. Benedict's Church on September 16, 1990; Embden Fire Department on July 15, 1990; and Chaffee Centennial on June 23, 1990. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. SITE AUTHORIZATION PERMIT, Erie Ameri__~c~D...~L~gD_Club MOTION, passed Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to approve the site authorization permit for the Erie American Legion Club. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. OFFICER'S REPORTS, Receive~ and MOTION, passed Mr. Eckert moved and Hr. Sondrall seconded to receive and file Officer's Reports for April, 1990. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. ROAD ENGINEER, Out of state trav~!_~aDProv~ MOTION, passed Hr. Eckert moved and Hr. Sondrall seconded to approve out of state travel to Miami, Florida July 13-17 for Don Richards, Cass County Road Engineer. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously· JUDGE FRANK RACEK, Out of state ~EA¥9. L_~PD[9¥~ HOTION, passed Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to approve ()ut of state travel to Vail, Colorado on July 8-13 for Judge Frank Racek. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimo~lsly. CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT UNIT, ~R~s MOTION, passed Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to authorize $5,600.00 for the Child Support Enforcement Ullil, (IV-I) Incentive Program) to allow for the addition of staff. roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously.
