Minutes--May 1, 1990 457 <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />HAY 1, 1990 <br /> <br />HEETING TO ORDER <br />Chairman Gene Shannon called the meeting to order with all members <br />present as follows: Oscar Sondrall, Alon Wieland, Don Eckert, Sharon <br />"Pepper" Toussaint, and Gene Shannon· <br /> <br />HINUTES APPROVED MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Wieland seconded that the <br /> minutes of the previous meeting be approved as written. On <br /> roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />ROAD AND STREET REPAIR FUNDS, Annual ~llocations aDDroved <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve <br /> annual pothole fund disbursement to West Fargo in the <br /> amount of $29,775 and to allow Briarwood to encumber $643· <br /> On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />CENTRAL LIVESTOCK, U.S. WEST, Utility permits aQproved MOTION, passed <br /> Hr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve <br /> utility permits for Central Livestock under County Road 10 <br /> and for U.S. West at County Road 16 and the Sheyenne River. <br /> On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />ROAD AND BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION, 1990 :rogram a~DFove~ <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve <br /> the 1990 County Road and Bridge Construction Program. On <br /> roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously· <br /> <br />STATES ATTORNEY'S ASSISTANT, ~]~DQE~¥ed for reD!~m~R[ <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve <br /> an annual salary of $26,200 for David Hagler as Assistant <br /> States Attorney commencing on or about July 16, 1990, to <br /> replace Melody Jensen, who left the County's employment <br /> April 1, 1990. On roll call vote, the motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />SOCIAL SERVICES, 6Dproval of stipend for Clerk I~I <br />~tion~!. ~ po~jon__.___~ip_~]y Seryic~es, out of state MOTION, passed <br /> Mr, Wieland moved and Mrs, Toussaint seconded to approve a <br /> stipend of $100 per month for Pat Schwinden, Clerk II! in <br /> the Income Maintenance Unit for added duties resulting from <br /> the lack of a supervisor- in that unit; to approve the <br /> addition of a Social Worker III in the Family Service ~Jl'~; <br /> and to approve out of state travel to Fergus Falls for- <br /> Krieger.
