Minutes--Apr1 I 3, 1990 446 <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />REGULAR MEE'I'IN~ OF CASS COUN'IY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />APRIL 3, 1990 <br /> <br />tlEEIING TO ORDER <br />Chairman Gene Shannon called tile meeting to order with all members <br />p~'esent as roi'lows: ()scar Sondrall, Alon Wieland, Don Eckert, Sharon <br />"Pepper" Toussaint, and Gene Shannon. <br /> <br />HINUTES APPROVED MORION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mr. Sondral] seconded that the <br /> minutes of the previous meeting be approved as written· <br /> On roll ca]] vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />SOCIAL SERVICES, Qut of state travel added to consent a~end~ <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Hr. Wieland seconded to approve <br /> the consent agenda as amended to include out of state <br /> travel for Dawn Krieger to Fergus Falls, HN, as approved at <br /> the Hatch 27th Social Services Board meeting. On roll call <br /> vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />SALE OF TAX-DELINQUENT LOTS IN AYR, To Private party <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to allow <br /> David Wyum, RR #3, Box 8, Fargo, ND to purchase Lots 3 & 4, <br /> Block 11, City of Ayr, for $32.38 and Lots 1, 2, and 3, <br /> Block 14, City of Ayr, for $39.68; and to cancel the 1989 <br /> general tax of $8.25. On roll call vote, the motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> <br />APPOINTHENT TO SCHOOL REORGANIZATION COMMITTEE, Wayne Gadberry <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve <br /> the appointment of Wayne Gadberry to the Cass County School <br /> Reorganization Committee in District #1 for a three year <br /> term to expire December 31, 1992, to replace Otto Bernhoft, <br /> who declined reappointment. On roll call vote, the motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> <br />EARTH DAY PROCLAMATION, Adopted MOTION, passed <br /> Hrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve a <br /> proclamation declaring April 22, 1990, as Earth Day in Cass <br /> County· On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PERMIT FOR RAFFLE, Hickson Women of the ELCA MOTION, passed <br /> Hrs. Toussaint moved and Hr. Wieland seconded to approve <br /> the application for a raffle permit for the Hickson Women <br /> of the ELCA on May 5, 1990, at Htckson.
