PROCEEDINGS OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF CASS COUNTY, NORTH DAKOTA .R. co...x.00: u. D. vests REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS JANUARY 7, 1986 Chairman Ray Larson called the meeting to order and upon roll call, all members were present. Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Eckert seconded that the minutes of the previous meeting be approved as written. Motion carried. The first order of business was to appoint a new Chairman and Vice Chairman for 1986. Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded that Commissioner Alon Wieland be appointed Chairman of the Cass County Commission for the year 1986. The motion carried on roll call vote with four members voting "Aye" and Mr. Wieland voting "Pass Mr. Wieland thanked Commissioner Ray Larson for the commendable job he did during 1985 as Chairman of the Commission. He then called for nominations for Vice Chairman. Mr. Eckert moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded to nominate Commissioner Oscar Sondrall as Vice Chairman of the Cass County Commission for 1986. Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Eckert seconded that the nominations cease and that Commissioner Sondrall be appointed Vice Chairman. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously Mr. Larson moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded to approve the following Pledges of Assets for January, 1986: On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously.
