Elec. <br />granted utility <br />permit <br /> <br />Abatement <br />Hearings held <br /> <br />Mr. Larson moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to grant a utility permit to Cass County <br />I Electric to bury cable on County Road 6 in the SW~ of Section 9, Addison Township. <br />IOn roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />i <br /> <br />i Upon the recommendation of Steve Grindberg, County Road Superintendent, Mr. Larson <br />!moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded to accept all bids received for yearly Road Department <br />i supplies and the gasoline for the Sheriff's Department with the understanding that any <br />1 company participating in the sale of these supplies must meet the low bid price for that <br />I item. Horace I <br />and West Fargo-- I Mr. Larson moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded that the speed limit on County Road 17 <br />Board passes I between Horace and West Fargo be increased to 55 m.p.h. except in the area of the curves <br />motion to approve where it should be lowered according to what speed limit the curves were originally <br />it ! designed for, which can be determined by the County Road Superintendent; this being <br />I effective when the new signs are posted.
