On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Larson moved and Mr. Hendrickson seconded to approve the Site Authorization <br />Permit for the Red River Human Services Foundation to hold games of chance at the <br />Knickerbocker Lounge in Hickson, North Dakota, for the year 1982. On roll call vote, <br />the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Hendrickson moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded that. the County Auditor <br />be authorized to pay the following estimates to contractors on the Courthouse Addition: <br />Rick Electric, Inc. in the amount of $5,376.00 .and Twin City Construction in the amount <br />of $7,000.00. On roll call vote, the motion carrieo unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. Hendrickson seconded that Wayne Kyser of Erie <br />and Keith Monilaws of Absaraka be reappointed to the Cass County Park Board for the <br />year 1982. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Eckert seconded that Vouchers No. 20,984 through <br />No. 21,582 and Revenue Sharing Vouchers No. 291-294 be approved and ordered paid. <br />On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />A Salary Committee will be formed consisting of all 5 of the County Commissioners <br />and the County Auditor; and the first meeting will be held on January 20th. <br /> <br />On motion by Mr. Larson and seconded by Mr. Hendrickson, the meeting was adjourned. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COPNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />JANUARY 13, 1982 <br /> <br />Chairman Wold called the meeting to order and four members were present, <br />Mrs. Stanton being absent. <br /> <br />Mr. Larson moved and Mr. Hendrickson seconded that the minutes of the previous <br />meeting be approved as written. Motion carried. <br /> <br />The County Road Superintendent reported that he was involved in an accident <br />in which the County's Jeep Wagoneer received approximately $4,000.00 worth of damage. <br />He was not responsible for the accident, and the other driver's insurance company <br />has admitted liability. However, Mr. Grindberg feels that it will be difficult to <br />repair the vehicle to it's original condition and he is investigating what kind of a <br />trade-in could be made on another 1981 model. <br /> <br />Mr. Hendrickson moved and Mr. Eckert seconded that Mr. Frank Richard be reappointed <br />County Surveyor for the year 1982. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />
