Friez, The above referenced project had been completed. Inspection and reimbursement have been finalized; the financial audit will be completed with the county audit in March of 2002. The total cost of the project was $1,263,974.02 the Federal share was $909,848, the State share was $121,313, and the total amount of Subgrantee Admin Costs received was $6,066. A summary of documentation, including final copies of the warrants/checks and inspection reports were provided under separate cover. The final 404 Performance report for this project is enclosed. I hereby request dose-out of this project and certify that the project was completed in accordance with FEMA approvals; all required and allowable funds have been paid out by us (Cass County Government); all reported costs were incurred in the performance of eligible work; work was competed in compliance with the provisions of the FEMA-State Agreement; payments for the project were made in accordance with the existing requirements of Federal and State laws and regulations.; no further requests for funding on this project will be made; and there are no pending bills. Further, we attest that all financial records covered by this close-out request (check, xvarrants, invoices, m-kind expense reports, etc.) will be retained and made available for inspection and Audit per 44CFR (Part 14.2) 10/1/00 Edition and OMB CIR A-133.
