CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mr. Bennett seconded to receive and file <br />correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: Motion carried. <br /> <br />notice indicating the City of Fargo appointed Linda Coates, newly elected city <br />commissioner, as their representative to the Cass County Planning Commission to <br />replace Jean Rayl; <br />letter from Safety-Kleen Corporation regarding Class 1 Modification to the <br />emergency contact list; <br />letters from the North Dakota Department of Transportation dated July 16, 2004, <br />regarding completion of bridge projects by Landwehr Construction Inc. <br /> <br />16.
