<br />.-------- ----------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECORD <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ALLOW1NG CLAJMS & ORDERING PAYMENT THEREOF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Cm.mty Auditor, Michael Montplaisir, has audited and the <br />departments have approved the following ciaims against th~ County of Cass, and have <br />certified that such daims are properiy payable by the said County, and that the said <br />County Auditor has verified such claims to be paid and has satisfied himself that such <br />bills and cJaims are proper charges against the-County of Cass; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the County Commissioners of the County <br />of Cass, North Dakota, that the foiJowing bills and claims be and thereby are, ordered <br />but paid out of the followìn'g funds; - <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County AudITor be, and hereby is <br />authorized and directed to draw warrants for the above claims from the respecTIve funds <br />as herein indicated, and that the County Auditor be, and he hereby is, authorized to <br />execute and deliver such warrants. <br /> <br />The above and foregoing resolution was offered at a regular meeting of the <br />County Commissioners,he1d on th~ -£d~Y of.J ~/":l. ~éJ i ,by ~o~mîssioner <br />;{/ oJ .-'O1A..",-!-1- , wno moved Jts adoption, was se aDded by Commj~s oner <br />4-J.:~ .../'¿"'" , and adopted by the foHowing vote: - <br /> <br />, ~-- <br /> <br />Ayes: ~- <br />Nays: .U <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the resolution was duly dedared adopted. <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />~~4Þ <br /> <br />County ditor <br />
