<br />Commission Minutes--July 6,2004 <br /> <br />2755 <br /> <br />Discussion: Mrs. Sorum asked if the ordinance would need to be <br />amended again if the Weed Board opts out of the building project, and Mr. <br />Montplaisir said he assumes the ordinance would be amended at the time <br />a decision is made on the method of financing. On roll call vote, the <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />17. VOUCHERS, Approved <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Bennett moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to approve Voucher No. <br />188,810 through No. 189,105. On roll call vote, the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />18. MEETING UPDATES, Committee reports <br />Mr. Meyer and Mr. Wagner reported on meetings they have attended in the past two weeks. <br /> <br />19. CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mr. Vanyo seconded to receive and file <br />correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: Motion carried. <br /> <br />- letter indicating the City of West Fargo appointed Mark Simmons, newly elected city <br />commissioner, as their representative to the Cass County Planning Commission; <br />- letter from United States Marshals Service requesting additional housing at the Cass <br />County jail due to increased prisoner population. <br /> <br />20.
