This property is in the range of taxes that I indicated in; th~ property price <br />comparison on the worksheet I gave to you earlier. As you can see by the taxes, ours1are over twice what <br />their taxes are, again confirming the amount of taxes that I indicated on that works,b.~t comparison of Lot 5 <br />Block 2 of Autsin's Subdivision. and lot 2 block 1 of Dakota Plaza subdivision that I provided to you at the <br />building. I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />All fr..at I am requesting is a fair and true value of our property through surrounding property value~,and <br />taxing. From all the information provided it is quite noticeable that there has been hi~Y unfair. inflated, <br />and discriminatory values of our properties. ! <br />! <br />Lastly, by achievw.g this fair value, we can both avoid any future involv.ement of ~tiOEa1 agencies and <br />legal costs to further investigate why and how these CUlTent high values were assessed to our propert'j. <br />I <br />I <br />I believe together, we can work this out and come to an agreeable value and tax amodl1t.
