<br />Appeal of Ed Ferguson Property at 1050-1102 Center St <br /> <br />Attached is a letter from the City of West Fargo indicating that the assessor and Mr. <br />Ferguson has come to an agreement on his appeal. It is my recommendation to affirm the <br />decisions of the two parties regarding the assessment. <br /> <br />Suggested Motion: <br /> <br />"I move that the valuation be reduced from $476,400 to $395,000 for the Ed <br />Ferguson property as recommended by the West Fargo Assessor." <br />
