The property was reviewed by our staff on 08/14/2002. The property value in 2002 was $36,200. After the reappraisal the value was increased to $65,200. A market indicated adjustment to $70,400 was made for the 2004 assessment. Ms. Thompson contacted our office on 03/15/04 for a recheck of her property value as Ms. Thompson did not agree with our appraised value.
