<br />Commission Minutes--June 7, 2004 <br /> <br />2732 <br /> <br />9. <br /> <br />PERMIT FOR SPECIAL EVENT, Approved for Jim Lauerman's #2 Saloon <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to ratify approval of a <br />special event permit for Jim Lauerman's #2 Saloon of Fargo to cater a <br />wedding at Bonanzaville, U.S.A. on June 5, 2004, from 6:00-11 :00 PM. On <br />roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />10. SOUTHEAST CASS WATER RESOURCE, Approve budaet adiustment for software <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to approve the budget <br />adjustment for Southeast Cass Water Resource District accounting <br />software, with funds to come from its general fund reserves. On roll call <br />vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />11. PLAT APPROVAL, Runck Subdivision <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mr. Wagner seconded that the Cass County Board <br />of Commissioners grant final plat approval for Runck Subdivision in <br />Section 22, Township 140N, Range 52W, Cass County, North Dakota. On <br />roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />12. EXTENSION SERVICE, Grant application for Parentina Resources Proaram <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to authorize the chair to sign <br />a grant application to support the continued funding of the Parenting <br />Resources Center Program. On roll call vote, the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />13. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, Authorized to donate obsolete computer eQuipment <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to authorize the Information <br />Technology Department to donate obsolete computer equipment to <br />FirstLink; and to transfer obsolete computer equipment and network <br />equipment to other agencies as requested, according to lists provided by <br />the Information Technology Department. On roll call vote, the motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />14. ROAD DEPARTMENT, Purchase order for eQuipment <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to authorize the chair to sign <br />a purchase order for one (1) Walk n Roll roller with lift assembly, <br />delivered to West Fargo, from 1 Contractors Solutions, Billings, Montana. <br />On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />15.
