<br />10. <br /> <br />That each County may use funds from any account it deems advisable or <br />appropriate for the purpose of satisfYing its obligations under this agreement. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />That all costs of future maintenance for said jointly constructed bridge (not <br />approaches or roads) shall be shared on a 50-50 basis between Clay County <br />and Cass County and that each County shall keep and maintain accurate and <br />complete records of any and all maintenance for said bridge and within thirty <br />(30) days after approved maintenance has been completed a statement or bill <br />shall be furnished to the other County for their share ofthe costs of such <br />maintenance.
