Upon roll call vote, <br />the motion ended in a tie vote. Mr. Satrom moved and Mr. Hendrickson seconded that the minutes of the previous <br />imeeting be approved as written. Motion carried. <br /> <br />I Mr. Satrom moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded that the_Chairman be authorized to sign <br />i the Plat of Leedahl's Subdivision in Reed Township as having reviewed the plat <br />I with the same comments as expressed by the County Planning Commission. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Hendrickson asked that Mr. Sondrall represent him at a meeting of the <br />Dakota Association of Counties~to be held on Friday, August 25th, in Bismarck. <br /> <br />i <br />i North <br />! <br /> <br />Mr. Satrom moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded that the Chairman be authorized to sign <br />i the Construction and Maintenance Agreements and the Right of Way Certificates with the <br />!North Dakota Highway Department for the County Road from 8 miles east of Davenport east <br />i and for the County Road from U.S. 81, 1 mile south of Wild Rice east. Motion carried. <br />! <br /> <br />Stud~ A copy of a letter was received from John Stockman, Secretary of the Cass County <br />iOffice Space Study Committee, written to the Superintendent of the Fargo Public Schools <br />i concerning their suggestion for the County to consider the Emerson-Smith building <br />!as a solutio? to the County space problems. <br /> <br />I <br />West Fargo Cham- i Upon the request of the West Fargo Chamber of Commerce, Mrs. Wold asked <br />ber of Commerce IMr. Hendrickson to be the County's ex officio member. <br />I <br /> <br />Office Space <br />Comm. writes <br />letter to Supt. <br />of Fargo Schools <br /> <br />Mr. Hendrickson received a letter from the City of Fargo Planning Office regarding <br />ithe problem of very small subdivisions being able to incorporate, and they enclosed a <br />i copy of Minnesota's Municipal Law in this regard. The information was referred to <br />!Mrs. Stanton, who is a member of the Resolutions Committee and the Legislative Committee <br />I for the North Dakota County Commissioners Association. <br />I <br />I <br />Beer & Liq. Lic. i Signatures were received from all three of the Stanley Township Board of Supervisors <br />issued to Melvin I granting approval for a Beer and Liquor License to Melvin L. Blotsky. Mrs. Stanton moved <br />Blotsky for land Mr. Hendrickson seconded that the County issue a Beer and Liquor License to <br />Watering Hole Bar!Melvin L. Blotsky for the Watering Hole Bar at Wild Rice.
