Motion carried. Concerning the Plat of Highland Park Subdivision (White Properties) in Reed Township, Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Satrom seconded that the Chairman be authorized to sign the plat as having reviewed it, but that the County submit their comments to the City of Fargo voicing their objections to development in this area because of the Airport Noise Abatement Study and because of objections from the Reed Township Board of Supervisors and the Reed Township Neighborhood Association. Committee Reports were given. At the request of Union Attorney, Ron Hilden, Mrs. Stanton moved that the Chairman be authorized to sign the Labor Agreement for the Cass County Sheriff's Deputies. Mrs. Wold relinquished her chair to Mr. Satrom and seconded the motion. Upon roll call vote, the motion ended in a tie vote. Mr. Satrom moved and Mr. Hendrickson seconded that the minutes of the previous imeeting be approved as written. Motion carried. I Mr. Satrom moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded that the_Chairman be authorized to sign i the Plat of Leedahl's Subdivision in Reed Township as having reviewed the plat I with the same comments as expressed by the County Planning Commission. Motion carried. Mr. Hendrickson asked that Mr. Sondrall represent him at a meeting of the Dakota Association of Counties~to be held on Friday, August 25th, in Bismarck. i i North ! I Office Space Comm. writes letter to Supt. of Fargo Schools Mr. Hendrickson received a letter from the City of Fargo Planning Office regarding ithe problem of very small subdivisions being able to incorporate, and they enclosed a i copy of Minnesota's Municipal Law in this regard. The information was referred to !Mrs. Stanton, who is a member of the Resolutions Committee and the Legislative Committee I for the North Dakota County Commissioners Association. I I Beer & Liq. Lic. i Signatures were received from all three of the Stanley Township Board of Supervisors issued to Melvin I granting approval for a Beer and Liquor License to Melvin L. Blotsky. Mrs. Stanton moved Blotsky for land Mr. Hendrickson seconded that the County issue a Beer and Liquor License to Watering Hole Bar!Melvin L. Blotsky for the Watering Hole Bar at Wild Rice. Motion carried.
