Motion carried. Motion carried. ! Bridge construc- tion agreement approved . Concerning the bridge construction agreement between the County and the City of Fargo [for the 1st Avenue North and 12th Avenue North bridges, Mr. Hendrickson moved and !Mrs. Stanton seconded that the County Commission approve the agreement as amended by the iCass County States Attorney, the figures in Paragraph 3 to be checked by the County Auditor. IThe motion carried on a roll call vote with Mr. Sondrall and Mr. Satrom opposing. ! i Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Hendrickson seconded that the Indemnity Bond on Ii, Lost Instrument for Davenport Township be received and filed and the County Auditor authorized to issue a duplicate check. Mr. Satrom moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded that the minutes of the previous meeting be approved as written. Motion carried. SE Mental Health Annual Report Representatives of the Southeast Mental Health and Retardation Center appeared before the Board with an annual report and to answer questions of the Board.
