<br />Commission Minutes--May 17, 2004 <br /> <br />2730 <br /> <br />14. PARKING LOT STRIPING; VECTOR BUILDING COMMITTEE; VECTOR CONTROL <br />DIRECTOR, Committee reports <br />Bonnie Johnson, County Coordinator, reported that parking lot striping in county parking lots <br />was completed recently. <br /> <br />Mrs. Johnson said a Vector Control building committee meeting will be held May 19th at <br />2:00 PM at the County Highway Department. <br /> <br />Mrs. Johnson continues to mentor Angela Balint, Vector Control Director, on county policies <br />and procedures. <br /> <br />15. CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mr. Vanyo seconded to receive and file <br />correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: Motion carried. <br /> <br />letter from the North Dakota Department of Transportation regarding project time lines <br />for preliminary plans, blue lines, right of way certification, utility agreements and final <br />plans; <br />letter from Ward County letter from Ward County Board of Commissioners regarding <br />unpaid housing bill at the Ward County Juvenile Detention Facility (referred to Kathy <br />Hogan, Social Services Director). <br /> <br />16.
