They stated that the usual <br />turnaround time is 30 days from when they received it, but they would attempt to expedite the <br />review given the circumstances. <br /> <br />If you wish to move forward in removing the floodway designation from your property, I <br />suggest that you enlist the services of an engineering firm or registered land surveyor who is <br />familiar with this process. If you wish, I can refer you to several firms experienced in these <br />matters. FEMA does not charge a fee for reviewing Letters of Map Amendment. <br /> <br />If you have any questions, or if I can be of any assistance, I can be reached at 701-241- <br />1554.
