On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. 10. PERMIT FOR SPECIAL EVENT, Approved for West Farao Speedway. Inc. MOTION, passed Mr. Bennett moved and Mr. Meyer seconded to approve a special event permit for West Fargo Speedway, Inc. at Bonanzaville USA on December 18, 2004, for a wedding reception and dance from 4:00 PM-1 :00 AM. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. 11. ELECTIONS FOR 2004, Pollina locations and pollina hours desianated MOTION, passed Mr. Bennett moved and Mr. Meyer seconded to designate the polling places, according to the list provided by the County Auditor, for the 2004 Primary and General Elections, and to set the polling hours at 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. VECTOR CONTROL, Authorize chair to sian purchase order for vehicle MOTION, passed Mr. Bennett moved and Mr. Meyer seconded to authorize the chair to sign a purchase order for the Vector Control department for a 1998 Chevrolet Blazer 4x4 from Nereson's in Moorhead, Minnesota, in the amount of $8,950.00.
