<br />Commission Minutes--April 5, 2004 <br /> <br />2709 <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />APRIL 5, 2004 <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />MEETING TO ORDER <br />Chairperson Robyn Sorum called the meeting to order at 3:30 PM with all members present <br />as follows: John Meyer, Robyn Sorum, Darrell Vanyo, Vern Bennett and Scott Wagner. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />Scott Wagner led the Pledge of Allegiance at this time. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />MINUTES APPROVED <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mr. Vanyo seconded that the minutes of the <br />previous meeting be approved as written. Motion carried. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />AGENDA, Order approved <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Vanyo moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to approve the order of the <br />agenda. Motion carried. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />PLAT APPROVAL, Campbell Estates Subdivision: Taz Acres Subdivision with <br />continaency <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Bennett moved and Mr. Meyer seconded that the Cass County Board <br />of Commissioners grant final plat approval for Campbell Estates. <br />Subdivision, Section 1, Township 137N, Range 49W in Cass County, <br />North Dakota. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Bennett moved and Mr. Meyer seconded that the Cass County Board of <br />Commissioners grant final plat approval for Taz Acres Subdivision, Section 36, <br />Township 138N, Range 49W in Cass County, North Dakota, contingent on <br />receiving zoning approval from Stanley Township via a certified letter. On roll <br />call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />ELECTION SUPPLY BIDS, Awarded to Kniaht Printina <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Bennett moved and Mr. Meyer seconded to award bid for furnishing <br />primary and general election supplies for each of Cass County's 59 <br />precincts to the following bidder: Knight Printing. On roll call vote, the <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />OMITTED ASSESSMENT, Approved for Wallace Tintes <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Bennett moved and Mr. Meyer seconded to add a 6.88 acre tract in <br />the NE 114 of 6-139-49 (Barnes Township), as omitted property for 2003 in <br />the amount of $7,000 commercial lot, according to notice sent from the <br />county auditor to Wallace Tintes, West Fargo, North Dakota. On roll call <br />vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />
