Contract approval <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: <br />Move to authorize the chairman to sign the following agreements <br />submitted by respective department head, subject to state's attorney <br />approval, and authorize the chairman to sign. <br />- Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA~extend operational <br />period of agreement to use space at the Cass County Annex from May <br />13, 2009, through June 6, 2009; <br />- Houston Engineering-design engineering services contract for a project <br />on Rush River northwest of Amenia; <br />- Central Specialties, Inc.-bituminous paving projects on Cass County <br />Highways 5, 10, and 26; <br />- Ellington Properties, LLC-memorandum of understanding for developer <br />Dan Norwood, outlining responsibility for completion of required <br />improvements in Ellington Subdivision. <br />f.
