As long as you know what the terms stand for, I guess that's all right. The thing that would be concerning for me is if we
were somehow agreeing to pay them a stipend no matter how little or how much it is used. (sounds like we aren't doing
that.) And then, if it wasn't working out, how long we were stuck doing that. (Doesn't sound like that is happening.)

Is this essentially what the agreement is with our other machines? If we decide to stop doing this, then isn't the
machine a donation someone previously received ... so if we asked them to take it out, would they then be getting the
donation? Does it need to be made clear somewhere who owns that machine?

You might ask Bonnie about this. Frankly, although I may have seen a contract for the vending machines in the
basement at some point, I remember nothing of its terms.

~Birch

From: Ammerman, Chip
Sent: Monday, March 02, 2009 11:36 AM
To: Burdick, Birch
Subject:

I received your review of the contract for Coca Cola and reviewed the questions with the Coca Cola representative.

Coke will be using the existing machine currently located on the second floor
Vending price is $.75 per can and the "8015" is the 80 code for commission of 15% given back to us
Notice is whenever we want the machine taken out although it does not say this in the contract, so maybe we should
have that noted.

Thoughts?

2
