I don't think our Board would enter
into a contract without the benefit for the county clearly resolved and stated.

Chip- Have Coke email you a completed contract with the stated terms, and if you can get it to Heather, we do have it
listed on our next agenda. Then get the original to Heather for signatures. If we do not have it time, we can pull the item
and do it the following meeting.

Bonnie Johnson
County Administrator
iohnsonb@casscountvnd.Qov
701-241-5720 (voice)
701-297-6020 (fax)

From: Ammerman, Chip
Sent: Tuesday, March 10, 2009 11:01 AM
To: Worden, Heather; Johnson, Bonnie
Subject: FW:

FYI- do I need something more formal in direct response to his notes?

From: Ammerman, Chip
Sent: Monday, March 02, 2009 12:07 PM
To: Burdick, Birch
Subject: RE:

We never rented or owned the machine. It was a "loaner" from Coke and Coke has always owned the machine. If we
decided to discontinue, they would just remove their machine.

From: Burdick, Birch
Sent: Monday, March 02, 2009 12:03 PM
To: Ammerman, Chip
Subject: RE:
Importance: Low

Chip:

1
