The plat is located in <br />Stanley Township, section 36. The intended use of the subdivision is to <br />create two lots, one with an existing home on an auditor's lot and the <br />second lot for a new residential structure. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission is recommending approval of the new proposed <br />plat. Stanley Township has indicated the plat has met their zoning <br />requirement, but as of this date a certified letter has not been received. It <br />is expected the county will receive the letter prior to the commission <br />meeting. Therefore, the Planning Commission recommendation is being <br />forwarded to the County Commission Board for action. <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: I move that the Cass County Board of <br />Commissioners grant Final Plat approval for Taz Acres Subdivision, <br />Section 36, Township 138N, Range 49W in Cass County, North Dakota, <br />contingent on receiving zoning approval from Stanley Township via a <br />certified letter. <br /> <br />J:\Admin-Eng\Commission Corrsp\2004 Correspondence\Consent Memo Taz Acres Subd.doc <br />
