The plat is located in <br />Pleasant Township, section 01. The intended use of the subdivision is to <br />create three lots, two for residential and one for an out building. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission is recommending approval of the new proposed <br />plat. The county has received a certified letter from Pleasant Township <br />indicating the plat meets all their zoning requirements. Therefore, the <br />Planning Commission recommendation is being forwarded to the County <br />Commission Board for action. <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: I move that the Cass County Board of <br />Commissioners grant Final Plat approval for Campbell Estates Subdivision, <br />Section 01, Township 137N, Range 49W in Cass County, North Dakota. <br /> <br />J:\Admin-Eng\Commission Corrsp\2004 Correspondence\Consent Memo Campbell_Subd.doc <br />
