<br />" . <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECORD <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ALLOWING CLAIMS & ORDERING PAYMENT THEREOF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor, Michael Montplaisir, has audited and the <br />departments have approved the following claims against the County of Cass, and have <br />certified that such claims are properly payable by the said County, and that the said <br />County Auditor has verified such claims to be paid and has satisfied himself that such <br />bills and claims are proper charges against the County of Cass; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the County Commissioners of the County <br />of Cass, North Dakota, that the following bills and claims be and thereby are, ordered <br />but paid out of the following funds; <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be, and hereby is <br />authorized and directed to draw warrants for the above claims from the respective funds <br />as herein indicated, and that the County Auditor be, and he hereby is, authorized to <br />execute and deliver such warrants. <br /> <br />The above and foregoing resolution was offered at a re~ar meeting of the <br />County Commissioners held on the 761fln day of SttnU11(Y Ott-, 20_ by <br />Commissioner W9Jj;ref , who moved its adoption, was seconded by <br />Commissioner V yo , and adopted by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br />Nays: <br /> <br />\5 <br />o <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the resolution was duly declared adopted. <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />I ~ h <br />.
