Authorize the county treasurer to invest uncommitted funds. c. Authorize the chairwoman to sign a purchase order for a Sharp MX- M3501 color copier/printer for the Road Department in the amount of $9,670.00 delivered and installed from Marco; and authorize the chairwoman to sign a purchase order for a box, hoist and snow equipment for two Road Department tandem trucks in the amount of $169,752.00 from Northern Truck Equipment; and authorize the chairwoman to sign purchase orders for one (1) Ford Fusion vehicle from Luther Family Ford in the amount of $16,404.00 and one (1) Chevrolet Impala from Gateway Chevrolet in the amount of $17,723.75 for the motor pool vehicle fleet. e. Amend Commission Policy Manual Section 4.00, Advisory Boards, and re-appoint Mick Hammerstrom to the Greater Fargo Moorhead Economic Development Corporation Growth Initiative Fund Committee. f. Authorize the Sheriff's Department to purchase five 2009 Chevrolet Impala patrol cars, and one 2009 Chevrolet Impala unmarked car for a total cost of $118,625.50 to be paid from the 2009 budget. g. Authorize the chairwoman to sign a letter of approval stating the City of Gardner water system improvement project complies with the county's comprehensive plan. h. Approve a raffle permit for Wild Rice Bar & Grill, Inc. to be held January 31,2009, at the Wild Rice Bar & Grill in Wild Rice, North Dakota. i. Contract approval Industrial Builders, Inc.-repairs to bridge in Harwood Township which crosses Drain 30 (Rush River Water Resource District will be responsible for 60% of the costs); Centre, Inc.-continuation of agreement for 2009-2010 with detoxification service increase from $12.00 to $13.00 per hour with a maximum cost per 24-hour period increase from $60.00 to $65.00.
