<br />Commission Minutes-December 15, 2008 3458 <br /> <br />Mrs. Johnson said the modular furniture to fit-up the space on the Courthouse third floor will <br />be delivered this week. She anticipates the Information Technology cabling of the area to <br />be completed by the end of December. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner said his term recently expired on the Court Facilities Improvement Advisory <br />Committee. However, he will serve as a county representative on the North Dakota <br />Insurance Reserve Fund Board of Directors. <br /> <br />13. CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mr. Bennett seconded to receive and file <br />correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: Motion carried. <br /> <br />- North Dakota Department of Transportation plan of action on scour critical bridge <br />structures (copy referred to county engineer). <br /> <br />14.
