Provide 19.07% local match necessary for the use of federal aid for all work shown in yellow on the attached layout sheets. 2. Maintain all landscaping from 1-94 to 45th Street in the City limits. V. OTHER ISSUE The city of West Fargo will: 1. Provide one person to contact for project issues that come up during construction. This person would not be expected to be on the project every day but available for meetings as needed to make project decisions for the city of West Fargo. 2. Have the city involved in construction inspection of the project as discussed in the preconstruction conference meeting. 3. Provide experienced inspectors for construction engineering staff for nonparticipating underground work such as waterline, sanitary sewer, etc. VI. GENERAL CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE The general construction schedule will be as follows: General Maintenance of Mainline Schedule Segment 2: Plans Complete Bid Opening Construction February 13, 2009 April 17, 2009 2009 20091 20122 IOn November 1, 2009 all maintenance of segment 2 including but not limited to the sidewalk, multi-use path, pedestrian crossing, pavement marking, pedestrian crossings and markings, signs, lighting, curb and gutter, pavement maintenance and removal, drainage maintenance and mowing will become the responsibility of the city of West Fargo. NDDOT will plow snow on the mainline highway. Snow removal will be a city responsibility. 20n November 1, 2012 all maintenance including but not limited to the roadway, sidewalk, multi-use path, pavement marking, pedestrian crossings and markings, signs, lighting, curb and gutter, pavement maintenance, snow plowing and removal, drainage maintenance and mowing will become the responsibility of the city of West Fargo.
