COMMISSION POLICY MANUAL, Amend Section 4.00, Advisory Boards <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Vanyo moved and Mr. Meyer seconded to amend Commission Policy <br />Manual Section 4.00, Advisory Boards, by appointing Wes Ecker and <br />Roberta Quick to the Cass County Weed Control Board from respective <br />geographical areas, both for terms expiring July 1, 2008. On roll call <br />vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />11. AUDITOR'S OFFICE, Monthlv financial statement received <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Vanyo moved and Mr. Meyer seconded to receive a monthly financial <br />statement provided by the county auditor. On roll call vote, the motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />12. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, Disposal of used computer eQuipment <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Vanyo moved and Mr. Meyer seconded to authorize the Information <br />Technology Department to donate obsolete computer equipment to the <br />Red River Genealogical Society and Internet Seniors. On roll call vote, <br />the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />13. ROAD DEPARTMENT, Authorize chair to sian purchase orders <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Vanyo moved and Mr. Meyer seconded to authorize the chair to sign <br />purchase order for one Road Groom with hydraulic pump in the amount <br />of $14,300.00, delivered to West Fargo, from Road Groom of the Dakotas <br />in Rapid City, South Dakota. On roll call vote, the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Vanyo moved and Mr. Meyer seconded to authorize the chair to sign <br />purchase order for one Lanier LD032C Color Copier in the amount of <br />$8,945.00, delivered to and installed at the County Highway Department <br />in West Fargo from Office Systems, Fargo, ND. On roll call vote, the <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />14. CONTRACT APPROVAL, Morris Sealcoat & Truckina: Sanborn Map CompanV,lnc. <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Vanyo moved and Mr. Meyer seconded to approve the following <br />contracts submitted by respective department head, subject to state's <br />attorney approval, and authorize the chair to sign: On roll call vote, the <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Morris Sealcoat & Trucking for seal coat on various county highways; <br />Sanborn Map Company, Inc.--GIS consulting, aerial photogrammetric mapping, <br />and data conversion services. <br />
