Page Five B. The failure of CCSS to enforce any provisions of this contract shall not constitute a waiver by the CCSS of that or any other provision. XXIII. INDEMNITY: RRCAC agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CCSS and its officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any and all demands, claims, and damages to persons or property, losses and liabilities, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or caused by the RRCAC or its employees' negligence or willful misconduct when performing duties pursuant to this agreement. CCSS agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the RRCAC and its officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any and all demands, claims, and damages to persons or property, losses and liabilities, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or caused by CCSS or its employees' negligence or willful misconduct when performing duties pursuant to this agreement. XXIV. NON-DISCRIMINATION: RRCAC makes available all services and assistance without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, age, sex, or handicap, and is subject to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1975 as amended. Persons who contract with or receive funds to provide services for RRCAC are obligated to abide by the provisions of these federal laws. Questions concerning either party's obligations under these acts may be directed to the respective party as set forth in the signature block of this Agreement, at the address established in the Agreement.
