<br />27. Existing Lease. Effective at the time this leases commences, this lease will supersede <br />the existing lease dated December 6, 2004 between Tenant's Emergency Services <br />division and Landlord, and said lease will no longer be in effect except with matters <br />arising out of said lease on or prior to the commencement date of this lease. <br /> <br />28. Entire Agreement.
