I am enclosing the lease agreement for that site <br />for your approval. A copy has been sent to the States Attorney for review. <br /> <br />The cost of the lease is consistent with the other cash lease agreements at $1.00 per running foot of <br />antenna height per month for the antennae to be utilized by the Sheriff s Office at 200 and 140 <br />feet. Cass County Electric has chosen not to charge the county rent for the Paging Equipment <br />located at 75 feet. (200+140) X (12 months) = $4,080.00. Emergency Management has <br />Homeland Security Funds which will pay for the 2009 Lease Payment. <br /> <br />Sample Motion: <br /> <br />Move to authorize the chairman to sign the lease agreement with Cass County Electric for <br />use of Tower Structure owned by Cass County Electric as part of the Public Safety <br />Interoperability Communication System. <br /> <br />R~S~ . <~ <br /> <br />Lt.
