Vanyo Grant for 2009. Therefore, we will not be submitting an application by West Fargo, North Dakota the due date of December 31 , 2008. Robyn Sorum Horace, North Dakota We do not have any pressing needs that meet the category definitions of necessary or essential improvements, as required by the grant application. We do, however, have a building committee that is continuing to work on future expansion plans for Cass County Government and the State District Court System. We believe by next year, at this time, we will be in a better position to request funds necessary and essential to our proposed project. At that time, we will submit an application. I would ask that you share this letter with the Court Facilities Improvement Advisory Committee members when you meet to discuss the other applications. Thank you very much.
